Gulai Jantung Pisang (Banana Flower)

  • jantung pisang, shredded
  • bawang putih, dihiris
  • bawang merah/Thailand, dihiris
  • sedikit lada kisar (1 tsp)
  • lada merah, dipotong
  • sapak gulaian: either udang hidup, lokan or tahai
  • udang kering, ditumbuk halus
  • santan
  • garam, ajinomoto dan lada sulah
  • air secukupnya
  1. Jantung pisang direbus sebentar untuk menghilangkan getah, kemudian di toskan.
  2. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih dan lada merah/Thailand dan lada kisar hingga naik bau.
  3. Masukkan sapak gulaian dan udang kering yang telah ditumbuk, tumis lagi sebentar.
  4. Masukkan jantung pisang, di kacau, kemudian masukkan air secukupnya. Biar sehingga mendidih
  5. Tambah garam, ajinomoto dan lada sulah secukupnya
  6. Masukkan santan dan biar sehingga mendidih.
  7. Rasa; tambah apa yang kurang
p/s: jantung pisang can be substituted with gulaian tibadak (cempedak), or sayur umbut.

Hainanese Chicken Rice

Ingredients
1 (2-pound) chicken
1 scallion, cut into 1 inch pieces
4 slices fresh, peeled ginger
6 tbsp vegetable oil or chicken oil rendered from chicken fat
6 to 8 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 cups long-grain uncooked rice, washed and drained
1 tsp fine salt

Mix together for Chilli Sauce

2 to 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice

5 tbsp finely chopped fresh red chilies

5 cloves garlic, chopped

3 tbsp finely chopped ginger

1 tsp fine salt

1/2 cup boiling hot chicken soup


Method
Boil a large pot of water. Stuff the cavity of the chicken with scallion and ginger. Add chicken to boiling water, breast side-down. Lower the heat to a simmer just under boiling point and cook, covered until just cooked through, about 40 minutes. Bathe the chicken in an ice water bath till chicken is cold to create a tender, springy texture. Heat oil in a rice cooker, add garlic, stir fry till fragrant. Add uncooked rice, stir fry for two minutes, add salt and enough chicken soup to cover 1/2 inch above the top of the rice. Boil on high heat, lower heat when steam holes form, cover and steam for 30 minutes till rice is cooked. Chop chicken and serve with steaming hot rice and chilli sauce. Dark soya sauce is the ideal accompaniment.


p/s: I got this recipe from the Uniquely Singapore website. Nyaman nie Nasi Ayam nya ah... sudah ku cuba buat... enak sehingga menjilat jari lols~... the chicken meat is verryyy tender.... the rice is very fragrant and the chilli dippings.. Fuh! Hehehe btw since this recipe does not give the preparation method for making the dark soya sauce..try this:

  • kicap cair, a dash of sesame oil, boiling chicken soup (yang dari atas atu..)
  • mix together well =D

Classic Mashed Potatoes

  • 7-8 biji ubi kentang, dikupas kulit and direbus
  • 1/2 cup full cream milk
  • 2-3 tbsp double cream
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 4-5 tbsp butter
  • sal & pepper to taste
  • parsley flakes
  1. Ubi kentang yang telah direbus, dilenyek using potato masher (Caution: PANAS!)
  2. Mix milk and cream in a pan, panaskan on medium heat. Do not boil
  3. Pour the milk-cream mixture onto the mashed potatoes, stir in butter.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in sour cream.
  5. Garnish with parsley flakes. Ready to serve

Marinara Sauce

  • your choice of pasta
  • garlic, chopped
  • onion, chopped
  • olive oil
  • butter
  • canned tomatoes (Hunt's)
  • fresh seafood (calamari, prawns, fish fillets, half-shelled mussels, clams etc)
  • fresh basil
  • salt and pepper
  • base stock (water or chicken stock)

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic and onion until tender
  2. Add in mussels and/or clams. Cook 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add in tomatoes and base stock. Bring to boil.
  4. Add in the remaining seafood (prawns, calamari, fish fillets etc)
  5. Season with salt & pepper, throw in fresh basil. Cook for another few minutes. Stir in butter.
  6. Serve with your choice of pasta (e.g. Spaghetti, Linguine, Fettuccine etc)

Cream Cheese Icing

From Anna Olsen of Sugar

  • 1 lb cream cheese, room temperature
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup icing sugar, sifted
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in butter
  2. Reduce speed and add icing sugar, and beat until smooth
  3. Stir in sour cream

Types of Pasta

Pasta anie banyak macam... a wide variety of them. Italian pasta (yang selalu tani makan atu!) can be generalize into different categories (source: The Nibble)

  • Long form pasta or strand pasta. Eg spaghetti, angel hair, bucatini
  • Ribbon pasta. Eg: Fettuccine, lasagne, linguine and tagliatelle
  • Tubular pasta. Eg: Elbows, manicotti, penne and rigatoni
  • Shaped pasta. Eg: Farfalle (bow ties), fusilli (corkscrews), ruote (wagon weels)
  • Stuffed pasta. Eg: agnolotti, mezzelune, ravioli, tortellini and gnocchi.

Cooking Pasta Dishes

Don't fret when cooking pasta dishes... It's super easy !!!! Learn+know the basics... once you have master the basics.. waalaaah~!! semua pasta recipe pun u boleh buat...with ease!!!

These are the basic ingredients for cooking pasta dishes..the ones which uses tomato sauce as the base e.g. bolognese, marinara, arrabiata etc

  • use olive oil and a little bit of butter - it gives a very nice flavour to the dish
  • garlic and onion - for the flavour as well
  • tomatoes - fresh tomatoes are the best but then banyak kerja lagi kan di buat, deseed, remove the skin, stew them *arrggghh wasting time*... heheh so i opt for canned tomatoes...i use Hunt's - ada banyak 'flavour' to choose from.
  • FRESH herbs the best!! if you can't find them then use dried ones. Fresh herbs are easily available at SupaSave
  • top your pasta with cheese. Parmesan is the best, but cheddar pun okay jua lah

Cheesy Meatballs with Spaghetti

This recipe is to die for !!!! The first time I made this was for my habibi. His comment: "the best spaghetti he ever had... kalah canopy/capers!!!! (i dont remember which one yang ia sabut)" hehehe.... I got this from one of my fav recipe links.... :) so give it a try lah~

p/s: This is the original recipe that I got from the net but I ofcourse.. I made few adjustments when I cook this dish :)

Preparation time - 20 minutes; Cooking time - 30 minutes

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 500 g lean beef mince
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup grated tasty cheese (available only at SupaSave, cost about $9-ish/pkt)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil (also available only at SupaSave)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 570 g jar tomato, onion & basil chunky sauce (I recommend Hunt's canned flavoured and stewed tomatoes)
  • 400 g dried spaghetti
  • Basil leaves to serve
  • salt & pepper to taste


Method
  1. Combine mince meat, egg, cheese, onion and basil. Season and roll into balls
  2. Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Cook half the meatballs for 4-5 minutes. Remove and repeat.
  3. Return the meatballs to the pan and pour over the sauce. Cover, cook over a medium heat for 20 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Cook spaghetti in a large pan of boiling water, as per packet directions. Drain and place in bowl. Spoon over meatballs and sauce. Serve with basil leaves.

Notes: Adjustments that i made...
  • After step 2: I sauted chopped onions and garlic before returning the meatballs to the pan
  • Stir in a little bit of butter to the sauce
  • Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese for extra cheesy flavour :)

Spaghetti ala Brunei

  • spaghetti, rebus sampai al dente then toskan
  • minced beef, cuci bersih then toskan
  • sausages, di potong2
  • Raguletto or Hunt's Pasta Sauce
  • minyak zaitun
  • butter
  • onion, diced
  • garlic, minced
  • salt, sugar and black pepper to taste
  • Maggi tomato ketchup
  • green pepper, pitted olive, button mushroom - chopped/sliced (optional)
  • herbs (basil, oregano, marjoram)
  1. Panaskan kuali, masukkan minyak zaitun, tumis onion and garlic.
  2. Masukkan minced beef and sausages. Biar sampai masak
  3. At this point, boleh masukkan green pepper, olive, mushroom etc but these ingredients are optional
  4. Masukkan pasta sauce and tomato ketchup. Bring to a boil
  5. Season with salt, sugar and black pepper + herbs
  6. Add sedikit butter, stir and turn off the heat.
  7. Ready to serve

Corn Soup

  • 3 ulas bawang putih
  • 1/2" halia
  • 1 tin cream corn
  • air (sama sukatan seperti cream corn)
  • lada sulah putih
  • 1 tsp chicken stock
  • 1 biji telur
  • cream or evaporated milk
  • crab stick
  1. Bawang putih and halia tumbuk halus
  2. Heat oil in pan, tumis bahan yang telah di tumbuk
  3. Masukkan cream corn dan air, biar mendidih
  4. Tambah stock ayam, garam dan lada sulah secukup nya (the spicier the better)
  5. Masukkan telur, biar sebentar (a minute or so) baru di kacau
  6. Add cream or milk, bring to a boil. Turn off the heat, masukkan crab stick
  7. Sedia untuk di hidang

Spicy Tuna Bruschetta

  • baguette or French bread
  • 1 can 'flaked tuna in oil'
  • 1-2 tsps olive oil
  • minced garlic
  • 2 tbsps chilli powder
  • 3-4 Thai red/green chillies
  • salt to taste
  • mozarella cheese
  1. Slice the baguette on a diagonal about 1 1/2" thick slices. Set aside
  2. Heat olive oil, saute garlic, chilli powder and Thai chillies
  3. Stir in tuna flakes, season with salt
  4. Top each baguette slices with tuna and Mozarella cheese
  5. Toast in the oven at 130-150 C until cheese melts

Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • fresh button mushrooms, sliced
  • cream corn
  • onion, chopped
  • butter
  • salt & pepper
  • water
  • parsley, chopped
  1. In a medium heat pan, melt butter and saute mushroom and onion until soft
  2. Add cream corn, bring to boil
  3. Transfer the mixture into a blender or food processor, puree the mixture
  4. Strain the pureed mixture into a sauce pot, add a little bit more of butter, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Simmer for a few minutes. Turn off the heat and stir in heavy cream.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Sup Kulat (Mushroom Soup)

  • oyster mushroom
  • needle mushroom
  • bawang putih, dihiris
  • lada merah, dihiris
  • stock Ikan Bilis Maggi
  • garam & ajinomoto secukup rasa
  • air secukupnya (about 1/2 cup)
  1. Tumis bawang putih and lada merah hingga naik bau
  2. Masukkan garam, ajinomoto and stok ikan bilis
  3. Tambah air, biarkan sehingga mendidih
  4. Masukkan kulat, biarkan mendidih lagi seketika
  5. Garnish with crispy fried shallots, daun bawang and daun sup

Pais Daging

Bahan-bahan:

  • 500 gm isi daging+urat, cuci bersih dan toskan
  • 1 biji bawang besar, potong kecil2
  • 2-3 sudu makan lada kisar
  • 2-3 lada Thailand, potong kecil2
  • 1 sudu makan tepung jagung
  • garam dan ajinomoto secukup rasa
  • 1 sudu makan minyak masak
  • daun pisang
  • aluminium foil
Cara-cara:
  1. Gaul rata semua bahan2 seperti isi+urat daging, lada kisar, lada potong, bawang besar, minyak masak dan tepung jagung
  2. Perasa kan dengan garam dan ajinomoto
  3. Letak kan bahan2 yang telah digaul di atas daun pisang, lipat dan bungkus dengan aluminium foil
  4. Sedia untuk di oven (about 150 C) atau bakar atas api yang sederhana selama 30 - 45 minutes or sehingga masak

Mango Lassi

Ingredients:

  • 1 fresh sweet mango or (1/2 - 1 cup of Gina Mango Juice) ***
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • sugar to taste
  • few ice cubes
Preparations:
  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Best served chilled.

*** can also be substituted with other fruits such as strawberries, orange etc. Use real fruit juice or fruit concentrates.

Nasi Goreng Cina

Bahan-bahan:

  • nasi dingin
  • 2 ulas bawang putih, dikisar
  • 1 lada merah, dihiris
  • few udang basah
  • sayur campur
  • 1 packet perencah Nasi Goreng Cina Seri Aji
  • 1 biji telur
  • garam dan ajinomoto secukup rasa
  • butter or planta untuk menumis
Cara-cara:
  1. Panaskan butter/planta dalam kuali, tumis bawang putih hingga naik bau
  2. Masukkan udang basah, lada hiris dan sayur campur. Gaul rata hingga masak
  3. Masukkan telur, biarkan sebentar hingga sedikit masak, baru di gaul lagi
  4. Masukkan nasi dingin dan perencah nasi goreng. Gaul rata.
  5. Tambahkan garam dan ajinomoto jika perlu
  6. Sedia untuk di hidang

Nasi Goreng Tomato

Bahan-bahan:

  • nasi dingin
  • 2 ulas bawang merah
  • 2 ulas bawang putih
  • 2 batang lada merah
  • 3-4 biji tomato segar
  • 1 sudu makan udang kering
  • 1 packet perencah Nasi Goreng Kampung Seri Aji
  • daun bawang
  • garam dan ajinomoto secukup rasa
Cara-cara:
  1. Bawang merah, bawang putih, lada merah & udang kering ditumbuk halus
  2. Tomato di potong kecil2
  3. Panaskan minyak, tumis bahan2 yang telah ditumbuk sehingga garing
  4. Masukkan tomato yang telah di potong, tumis lagi buat seketika sehingga agak kering sedikit
  5. Masukkan nasi dingin dan perencah nasi goreng kampung, gaul rata.
  6. Tambah garam dan ajinomoto jika perlu
  7. Taburkan daun bawang. Sedia untuk di hidang

Soto Singapura

Bahan-bahan Soto Singapura:

  • nasi 'empet'
  • sup ayam (kuah soto)
  • isi ayam yang telah di-carik2
  • bergedil
  • taugeh yang telah dicelur
  • hirisan daun bawang
  • bawang goreng
  • sambal kicap

Bahan-bahan kuah soto:
  • 1/2 ekor ayam, bahagian dada
  • 1/2 sudu makan serbuk sup
  • 1/2 sudu makan bawang putih, dikisar
  • kepala rempah (cengkih, kayu manis, buah pelaga, bunga lawang)
  • 1 sudu makan stock ayam
  • daun sup
  • air secukupnya
  • garam & ajinomoto secukup rasa
Cara-caranya:
  1. Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bawang putih & kepala rempah hingga naik bau
  2. Masukkan serbuk sup, kacau sebentar (jangan biar hangus), tambah air secukup
  3. Masukkan ayam dan chicken stock. Biar mendidih sehingga ayam masak
  4. Kemudian masukkan daun sup, garam dan ajinomoto secukup rasa.
  5. Sesudah ayam masak, keluarkan dari sup dan biarkan sejuk

Cara-cara membuat sambal kicap:
  1. Bawang merah & cili padi ditumbuk halus
  2. Tambah kicap masin dan sedikit cuka
  3. Gaul rata

Mee Soup

Bahan-bahannya:

  • fresh egg noodle
  • choice of chicken, beef or seafood (udang, sotong, fish balls, fish cake etc.)
  • chicken or beef stock (for seafood: use chicken stock; for beef: use beef stock)
  • bawang putih
  • halia
  • oyster sauce
  • minyak bijan
  • lada merah, dihiris
  • serbuk lada putih
  • corn starch (untuk memekatkan kuah)
  • garam & ajinomoto secukup rasa
  • sayur-sayuran (carrot, baby corn, sawi, kulat)
  • daun bawang
  • daun sup
  • air secukupnya
Cara-caranya:
  1. Mee kuning dicelur sebentar, cuci dan toskan.
  2. Bawang putih dan halia di tumbuk halus.
  3. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih dan halia sehingga naik bau.
  4. Masukkan isi ayam ATAU daging. Goreng hingga separuh masak.
  5. Masukkan air secukup nya.
  6. Tambah stock ayam ATAU daging. Biarkan sehingga mendidih.
  7. Masukkan sos tiram, sedikit minyak bijan, lada merah hiris, garam, ajinomoto & serbuk lada sulah
  8. Biarkan mendidih sehingga ayam atau daging masak
  9. Kemudian bolehlah masukkan sayur seperti carrot, mushroom dan sebagainya. Sawi hanya dimasukkan towards the end of cooking bersama dengan daun bawang dan daun sup.
  10. Masukkan sedikit corn starch yang di bancuh bersama sedikit air, untuk memekat kan kuah
  11. Untuk kuah seafood: boleh lah masukkan udang & sotong at this stage. (fish balls, prawn balls, fish cake etc. preferably di goreng terlebih dulu)
  12. Biar mendidih, tambah perasa yang kurang jika perlu.
  13. Ready to serve
Garnish:
  • telur mata lembu separuh masak
  • bawang goreng
  • daun bawang
  • limau kasturi

Urat Daging Masak Kicap

Bahan-bahannya:

  • urat daging
  • bawang merah
  • bawang putih
  • halia
  • serai
  • serbuk kunyit
  • lada kisar
  • kicap manis ABC
  • kicap pekat Maggi
  • garam & ajinomoto secukup rasa
Cara-caranya:
  • Cuci urat daging bersih2, toskan
  • Tumbuk halus bawang merah, bawang putih & halia; serai dititik
  • Panaskan minyak, masukkan bahan2 yang telah di tumbuk, serai & lada kisar. Tumis hingga naik bau
  • Masukkan sedikit serbuk kunyit, garam & ajinomoto, tumis hingga garing
  • Masukkan kicap manis, kicap pekat & urat daging.
  • Tumis sehingga ia mengeluarkan minyak, kemudian baru tambah sedikit air
  • Biarkan mendidih, kecil kan api dan biar masak sehingga kering sedikit kuahnya.
  • Tambah perasa jika perlu. Serve immediately.

Nana's Hokkien Noodles

Another favourite Kylie's recipes of mine. I made this all the time. This is my version of Kylie's Mum's Hokkien Noodle and Kylie's Hokkien Noodle.

Ingredients:

  • fresh Hokkien noodle or yellow egg noodle
  • ginger, roughly chopped
  • garlic, roughly chopped
  • bawang besar or bawang bombay, halved and cut into wedges
  • chicken breast fillets, thickly sliced on the diagonal
  • Maggi chicken stock granules
  • oyster sauce
  • kecap manis ABC
  • black pepper
  • carrots, julienned
  • braised dried chinese mushroom
  • sayur sawi
  • spring onions or daun bawang
  • a dash of minyak bijan
  • oil for stir-frying
Methods:
  1. Blanch noodle in boiling water for a few minutes. Drain and set aside
  2. Heat oil in wok, stir-fry chicken fillets until cook. Remove from wok and set aside.
  3. Add sesame oil, ginger, garlic, onion, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add carrots, mushrooms, sawi, chicken, chicken stock, oyster sauce, kicap manis, salt and pepper. Stir-fry for a further 30 seconds.
  5. Add noodles and spring onions. Stir-fry for another few minutes until all ingredients are mixed well.
  6. Serve immediately.

Mrs Jang's Home-style Fried Eggs

"This unassuming recipe is actually rather famous now. Everyone who's tried these eggs — whether in the restaurant or at home — just raves about them. They're also a very nostalgic dish for me, because Mrs Jang was my Uncle Jimmy's mother, and she used to cook these eggs for my brothers and me after we'd been working in his noodle factory. They're so simple, fresh and tasty. Where Westerners have fried eggs and bacon, Chinese people have fried eggs with chilli, oyster sauce and spring onions." - Kylie Kwong


p/s: Kylie is one of my favourite celeb-chefs. I can say I'm a big fan of her cooking shows. I've tried this recipe my self and it's super-delicious... addictive! I don't think it's suitable for weight watchers laaa~ hehehe

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 4 large free-range eggs
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • small pinch ground white pepper
  • 2 spring onions (scallions), finely sliced
  • 1-2 red chillies, finely sliced

Methods:
  • Heat oil in a hot wok until the surface seems to shimmer slightly. Crack the eggs into a small bowl, then pour into the hot oil. After 2 minutes, reduce heat to allow the bottom of the eggs to become firm and crisp; the yolks should still be runny at this point.
  • Carefully slide a fish slice under the eggs, lift out of wok and pour off oil. Return eggs to wok and place back over the heat for another 1-2 minutes to crisp further.
  • Gently remove eggs from wok and drain off any excess oil before easing onto a plate. Drizzle eggs with oyster sauce and garnish with pepper, spring onions and chillies.

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 125 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  1. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla extract until well blended. Gradually, add powdered sugar, beating to spreding consistency
  2. Frost cooled cake

Carrot cake

Here's another favourite cake recipe of mine. Selamat mencuba !!!!

Ingredients:

(A)

  • 335 gm plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp fine salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
(B)
  • 300 gm grated carrots
  • 200 gm canned pineapples, drained and chopped finely
  • 50 gm raisins
  • 300 gm walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 40 gm cornflakes, finely ground
  • 220 ml cooking oil
  • 220 gm castor sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
Preparations:
  1. Sift together ingredients A and stir in cornflakes; set aside
  2. Beat sugar and oil until well mixed, add eggs one at a time. Stir in essence
  3. Fold in ingredients A and stir ingredients B. Spread mixture into lightly greased and lined prepared tin
  4. Bake in preheated 175 C oven.
  5. Cool completely before frosting

*** Carrot cake uses Cream Cheese Frosting. Recipe under 'Frosting' labels.

Kek Pisang

This is one of my favourite recipes and it is very easy to make ^_^ Taste really good too..... !!!!

Bahan-bahan:

  • 90 g mentega
  • 90 g gula halus
  • 1 biji telur
  • 2 biji pisang restali, di lecek
  • 1 sudu teh esen vanilla
  • 1 sudu makan susu cair
Disatukan dan diayak:
  • 120 g tepung gandum
  • 1/2 sudu teh baking powder
  • 1/2 sudu teh baking soda
Cara-caranya:
  1. Griskan acuan segi-empat sama berukuran 19 cm dan alaskan dengan kertas minyak bergris.
  2. Putar mentega dan gula halus hingga ringan dan gebu. Masukkan telur dan pukul lagi. Campurkan pisang lecek, susu dan esen vanilla. Gaul lagi. Kemudian masukkan bahan yang telah di ayak dan gaul rata.
  3. Bakar di dalam oven yang sudah dipanaskan pada 175 C selama 35 - 40 minit.

Bendi Tumis Kampung

  • sayur bendi
  • lada merah
  • bawang merah
  • bawang putih
  • udang kering
  • Pati belacan Maggi
  • garam, ajinomoto and gula secukup rasa
  1. Bendi di cuci bersih dan dipotong
  2. Lada merah, bawang merah dan bawang putih serta udang kering ditumbuk kasar
  3. Tumis bahan2 yang telah ditumbuk sehingga garing, masukkan pati belacan, garam, gula dan ajinomoto.
  4. Kemudian masukkan bendi yang telah dipotong. Tambah sedikit air jika perlu.
  5. Sesudah masak, siap untuk dihidang.

Superspicy Chicken Wings

  • lada Thailand hijau, ditumbuk kasar
  • madu
  • serbuk lada hitam
  • minyak bijan
  • sos cili Maggi
  • kicap manis ABC
  • Maggi Oyster sauce
  • garam secukupnya

*** Gaul semua bahan2, perap semalaman. Sebelum membakar, tambah sedikit mentega pada campuran ayam tersebut, bakar dalam oven pada suhu 160 - 180 C.
