Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 125 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  1. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla extract until well blended. Gradually, add powdered sugar, beating to spreding consistency
  2. Frost cooled cake
