- baguette or French bread
- 1 can 'flaked tuna in oil'
- 1-2 tsps olive oil
- minced garlic
- 2 tbsps chilli powder
- 3-4 Thai red/green chillies
- salt to taste
- mozarella cheese
- Slice the baguette on a diagonal about 1 1/2" thick slices. Set aside
- Heat olive oil, saute garlic, chilli powder and Thai chillies
- Stir in tuna flakes, season with salt
- Top each baguette slices with tuna and Mozarella cheese
- Toast in the oven at 130-150 C until cheese melts
