Spicy Tuna Bruschetta

  • baguette or French bread
  • 1 can 'flaked tuna in oil'
  • 1-2 tsps olive oil
  • minced garlic
  • 2 tbsps chilli powder
  • 3-4 Thai red/green chillies
  • salt to taste
  • mozarella cheese
  1. Slice the baguette on a diagonal about 1 1/2" thick slices. Set aside
  2. Heat olive oil, saute garlic, chilli powder and Thai chillies
  3. Stir in tuna flakes, season with salt
  4. Top each baguette slices with tuna and Mozarella cheese
  5. Toast in the oven at 130-150 C until cheese melts
