- needle mushroom
- bawang putih, dihiris
- lada merah, dihiris
- stock Ikan Bilis Maggi
- garam & ajinomoto secukup rasa
- air secukupnya (about 1/2 cup)
- Tumis bawang putih and lada merah hingga naik bau
- Masukkan garam, ajinomoto and stok ikan bilis
- Tambah air, biarkan sehingga mendidih
- Masukkan kulat, biarkan mendidih lagi seketika
- Garnish with crispy fried shallots, daun bawang and daun sup
